Subway India operator EverBrands files draft IPO papers to raise ₹600 crore

Subway India operator EverBrands India has filed draft papers with SEBI for an IPO that will include a fresh share issue of up to ₹600 crore. It may also raise up to ₹120 crore through a pre-IPO placement, which would reduce the fresh issue size. EverBrands runs Subway stores in India through Culinary Brands India across company-owned and franchisee-operated formats.
