Such decisions set wrong example: Mumtaz Patel on RG Kar verdict

Congress leader Mumtaz Patel said the Sealdah Court's decision announcing life imprisonment and not the death penalty for RG Kar rape-murder case convict Sanjay Roy sets a wrong example. "Court saying that this is not the rarest of rare case is not right. How will one define in such cases what is rarest of rare?" she added.
