Such incidents happen: BJP's Dilip Ghosh after 19 killed in Durga Puja pandal stampede

BJP leader and West Bengal minister Dilip Ghosh said the stampede at Kolkata's Durga Puja pandal that killed 19 people is "unfortunate and deeply distressing". "Sometimes, such things happen…Occasionally, due to a lapse in caution, an incident like this occurs, something that shouldn't happen…Organisers must exercise greater caution," he added. At least 25 people were also injured in the stampede.
