Sudarsan Pattnaik makes 6-ft sand sculpture for Union Budget

Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a six-foot-tall sand sculpture to celebrate the Union Budget 2026. The sculpture, made at Puri Beach in Odisha, carried a message that read, "Welcome Union Budget 2026 for Viksit Bharat". Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present her 9th consecutive Budget in the Lok Sabha today.
