Sugar syrups are being marketed as fruit juices: Raghav Chadha

Speaking about "misleading branding and false advertising" in Indian consumer market, AAP MP Raghav Chadha said that "sugar syrups" are being marketed as fruit juices. He stated consumers are being misled into believing that they're consuming healthy and nutritious drinks. Chadha added that such deceptive practices are contributing to a rise in lifestyle-related diseases including diabetes.
