Sun Pharma to acquire Innovcare Lifesciences for ₹271 crore

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries said it will acquire Innovcare Lifesciences for about ₹271.2 crore in an all-cash deal. Innovcare Lifesciences markets and distributes pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products. Sun Pharma said the acquisition is a strategic move to expand and strengthen its product portfolio. The firm expects to complete the acquisition by July 31, 2026.
