Shares of Sun TV Network fell over 8% on Monday as early poll trends showed the ruling DMK alliance trailing trailing behind TVK, led by actor-turned-politician Vijay, disrupting DMK dominance. Sun TV is part of the Sun Group, controlled by Kalanithi Maran, nephew of CM MK Stalin, who heads the DMK. Sun TV shares are trading at ₹551.
