Kerala govt, Saturday, decided that Sundays will no longer be dry days in the state from Dec-21, though working hours of bars have been reduced by two-and-a-half hours. According to the govt’s new direction, bar hotels will function from 9.30am to 10pm. The 418 closed bar hotels will be given beer and wine parlour licences subject to their overall hygiene.
