Sunita Williams explains reason behind her changed appearance in space

NASA astronaut Sunita Williams, who's been stranded in space, dispelled health concerns over her changed appearance, saying the reason isn't weight loss but 'fluid shift'. It's a phenomenon where bodily fluids shift upwards in microgravity, giving the face a puffier appearance, while limbs may appear thinner. Williams said she's developed muscle in her thighs and buttocks due to regular squats.
