Super app model won't work in India: Hike Founder Kavin Mittal

Hike Founder Kavin Mittal said that super apps are "not the best path forward from a user experience standpoint" and they won't work in India. He said they can work in markets like China where there's no competition. Super apps offer various services under one umbrella, such as ticketing, food delivery, messaging among others.
