'Super fluffy' planet with cotton candy-like density discovered
Researchers have discovered a massive exoplanet, WASP-193b, 1,200 light years away from Earth, with cotton candy-like density. The study revealed the planet is 50% larger than Jupiter but seven times less massive due to its incredibly low density. "The reason why it's close to cotton candy is because...the planet is...super fluffy," Julien de Wit, MIT professor and study co-author said.
