Superdry Co-founder returns to company, entire board resigns

UK fashion chain Superdry's Co-founder Julian Dunkerton was on Tuesday voted back on the board by a narrow margin, prompting the entire board to resign in protest. After being named interim CEO, the 54-year-old said, "Can't wait to get started. The hard work starts now". Dunkerton, who owns 18.4% of Superdry, quit a year ago after a row over strategy.
