Supreme Court addresses what 'shared household' means

The Supreme Court held that the term "shared household" is not limited to the household of the joint family of which the husband is a member or in which the husband has a share. Instead, it encompasses any household belonging to a relative of the husband where the woman has lived in a domestic relationship.
