Supreme Court Bar Association condemns Congress for demanding CJI Surya Kant's resignation

Supreme Court Bar Association condemned Congress's Kerala unit for sharing a post demanding Chief Justice of India Surya Kant's resignation. "Statements of this nature belittle the institution of the judiciary and amount to an attempt to interfere with the administration of justice," SCBA said. Congress post came after CJI said recent protests and restrictions in Delhi were "not his domain".
