Supreme Court Bar Association President Dushyant Dave resigned on Thursday, stating he had forfeited his right to continue as the bar association's leader. In his letter, Dave noted that the term of the Executive Committee has already come to an end and they had planned to hold virtual elections. Dave had recently represented some farmer unions before the Supreme Court.
