Supreme Court task force to add safeguards for marginalised students

The Supreme Court-appointed National Task Force on student mental health is finalising recommendations with specific safeguards for SC, ST, OBC, minority, and disabled students. The final report, due October 31, will address discrimination, mental health gaps, and accountability in higher education institutions. Its interim report found 65% of surveyed HEIs lacked mental health service providers.
