Surprised by 662-vote margin: Lone on winning J&K's Handwara seat
After winning Jammu and Kashmir's Handwara seat by 662 votes, JKPC chief Sajad Gani Lone said he is "surprised by the small margin". "At the end of the day, we've won, and my heartfelt thanks to the people of Handwara who have elected me," the 57-year-old added. Lone secured 29,812 votes, while JKNC's Chowdry Mohammad Ramzan received 29,150 votes.
