US President Donald Trump said he is "surprised" the public wasn't "notified a long time ago" about his predecessor Joe Biden's prostate cancer diagnosis. "To get to stage 9, that is a long time," he stated, while apparently referring to Biden's Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5). "It's the same doctor who said Joe was cognitively fine," Trump added.
