Surrender first: Pak SC rejects Musharraf's plea in treason case

The Pakistan Supreme Court refused to entertain former President Pervez Musharraf's appeal against his death sentence in a high treason case, saying he must surrender himself first. Musharraf's attorney said his client will be filing another appeal within a month. The former Pakistani President was found guilty of treason in December 2019 over his imposition of emergency rule in 2007.
