Survivor moves HC against judge in 2017 actor assault case

The counsel for the survivor in the 2017 actor assault case in Kerala made serious allegations against Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court Judge Honey M Varghese in a petition submitted to the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court. Calling remarks of the judge against her defamatory and contemptuous, she alleged that the judge showed undue favour towards actor Dileep.
