Suryakumar Yadav breaks world record for taking fewest balls to reach 1,000 T20I runs

Team India batter Suryakumar Yadav has broken the world record for taking the fewest number of balls to reach 1,000 runs in T20I cricket, achieving the feat in the second T20I against South Africa on Sunday. The 32-year-old took 573 deliveries to reach the 1,000-run mark. He overtook Australia's Glenn Maxwell, who had taken 604 deliveries to reach the milestone.
