Suspected adulterated ghee, oils worth ₹35 lakh seized in Gujarat

Gujarat's Food and Drug Control Administration seized over ₹35 lakh worth of suspected adulterated ghee and oils during raids in Surat and Deesa. The officials seized 5,157 litres of ghee, 1,485 kg of palmolein and 285 kg of soybean oil kept for use in adulteration from a Surat factory and 987 litres of ghee suspected to be adulterated from Deesa.
