Suspected Ebola case reported in Ahmedabad after man returns from Africa

A suspected Ebola case has been reported in Ahmedabad after a 37-year-old man, who returned from Ebola-affected African country Congo about 10 days ago, was hospitalised with fever and cold symptoms. He travelled through Mumbai, Silvassa, Daman, and Vadodara before being admitted on May 26. Earlier, a Ugandan woman showed Ebola-like symptoms in Bengaluru but tested negative for the virus.
