Sussex all-rounder Danny Lamb forced to retire aged 30 due to injury

Sussex all-rounder Danny Lamb has been forced to retire from professional cricket at age 30 due to injury. Lamb suffered disc herniation in his neck which resulted in spinal cord injury while playing earlier this season. He had undergone surgery but continued to deal with its effects. Lamb has taken 68 wickets and scored 1,232 runs in 38 first-class matches.
