Suzlon energy stock jumps 3% after receiving order of 249 MW

Suzlon Energy Ltd’s shares rose up to 3.3% after it secured its first 248.85 MW wind order from ArcelorMittal. The project, located in Bachau, Gujarat, involves supplying 79 S144 turbines and strengthens Suzlon’s role in India’s green steel transition, taking its total green steel capacity contribution to around 1,156 MW.
