Swastika tattoo helps Delhi Police to arrest murder accused

Delhi Police have arrested a murder accused, who had been absconding for 14 years, with the help of a 'Swastika' tattoo on his left palm and an amputated index finger. Since the accused had worked with tent houses before, police enquired from all tent house owners in Delhi. Subsequently, a tent house owner identified the accused and got him arrested.
