Swatch sues Samsung for ₹1,600 crore over smartwatch design

The watchmaker alleges that Samsung's smartwatches and related products infringe its intellectual property rights. Swatch claims Samsung copied its watch designs and branding, misleading consumers into believing the products are associated with the Swatch brand.
