Swatch sues Samsung for ₹1,600 crore over smartwatch design

Swiss watchmaker Swatch has sued Samsung, seeking $170 million (over ₹1,600 crore) in damages for intellectual property violation. The watchmaker alleges that Samsung's smartwatches and related products infringe its intellectual property rights. Swatch claims Samsung copied its watch designs and branding, misleading consumers into believing the products are associated with the Swatch brand.
