Swiggy files IPO papers, will raise ₹3,750 crore via fresh issue

Swiggy has filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to launch an IPO. The offering comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹3,750 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 18.52 crore shares. Swiggy's co-founders Sriharsha Majety and Rahul Jaimini will sell over 17 lakh and 11 lakh shares, respectively, in the IPO.
