Swiggy Introduces 2% Collection Fee On Restaurant Partners

As per an email sent to partners, Swiggy said that the charges are designed to facilitate smooth customer payments on the Swiggy platform. NRAI vice president and QSR chain Wow! Momo’s founder Sagar Daryani termed the new charges an ‘unwelcome distraction’ and a method of indirectly raising commission costs.
