Swimmer Dhinidhi creates history, wins her 2nd medal at Youth Olympics 2026

Swimmer Dhinidhi Desinghu created history by becoming the first Indian athlete to win multiple individual-event medals at a single edition of the Youth Olympic Games. The 16-year-old clinched bronze in the women's 200m freestyle event on Friday. Earlier, Dhinidhi had won bronze in the women's 100m freestyle, securing India's first-ever swimming medal at the Youth Olympics.
