Syngene FY26 profit declines 36%; new CEO appointed

Syngene International reported weak FY26 performance with reported net profit declining 36.2% YoY to ₹316.7 crore, while revenue rose marginally 2.6% to ₹3,809 crore. Q4FY26 PAT also fell 19.3% to ₹147.9 crore. During the quarter, the company expanded ADC capabilities and announced Siddharth Mittal as new MD & CEO from July 1.
