Taiwan indicts 9 including Nvidia employee over illegal AI server exports to China

Taiwan prosecutors have indicted nine people, including one Nvidia employee and two Super Micro employees, over the alleged illegal export of high-end AI servers to China. The case involves 130 Nvidia-chip-equipped B300 servers ordered from Super Micro that were falsely declared for use at a server facility in Taiwan. Of these, 74 servers were allegedly exported to Chinese customers.
