Taiwan's stock market cap crosses $4 trillion, surpasses UK amid AI boom

Taiwan has surpassed the UK in stock market value as the AI boom lifted tech stocks. The total market capitalisation of companies listed in Taiwan reached about $4.14 trillion as of Wednesday, making it the world's seventh-largest market, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. The UK's market was valued at around $4.09 trillion.
