Taiwanese TV host arrested for pouring oil on National Treasure in Japan's Nara

Japanese police have arrested a Taiwanese woman, Tsai Yi-chen, a self-described television host, for allegedly pouring liquid over Bussokuseki, an ancient stone regarded as National Treasure at Yakushiji Temple in Nara. Investigators detected glycerin in stains found on the relic. Tsai reportedly admitted to the act, saying, "When I'm deeply moved by something, I pour oil on it and pray."
