Take criticism objectively: Chandrasekaran to Air India staff

Tata Group chairman N Chandrasekaran has urged Air India employees to stay focused on execution amid scrutiny following operational disruptions and regulatory concerns after the Ahmedabad crash. Chandrasekaran said, "Criticism will always be there but take it objectively. Don’t get upset...there is no progress without criticism." "Safety is our utmost importance for Air India," he added.
