IAS officer Awanish Sharan took to Twitter to share a message on the importance of saving water. The tweet included a photo showing a man standing with a placard, which read, "When full is not needed, ask for a cutting pani." "Take half a glass of water at a hotel. Ask for more only when necessary," Sharan wrote.
