Take suicidal messages very seriously: Advocate Deepak Somani

In a recent case, the boyfriend was charged with abetment of suicide wherein he responded “Go to hell” against his girlfriend’s message saying “Talk to me or else I’ll commit suicide”. Prosecution says, had he not said “Go to hell” then perhaps she wouldn’t have committed suicide hence he abetted the suicide, the case was shared by Delhi’s Criminal Lawyer.
