Taliban militants recreate iconic WW2 image in US military uniforms to 'mock' US

Taliban's elite fighting unit Badri 313 Battalion has recreated an iconic World War 2 image while wearing US military uniforms left behind by troops that left Afghanistan. The photo, seen as an attempt to mock America, is a recreation of an iconic WW2 moment- raising of the US flag at Iwo Jima. The recreated image shows militants raising Taliban's flag.
