Taliban risks losing power without inclusive govt: Russian diplomat

Russian Presidential Envoy to Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov has said that the Taliban will risk losing power if it doesn't form an inclusive government. If the Taliban makes concessions, the frozen Afghan assets will be released, he added. Speaking about the crisis in the country, Kabulov also said that Russia will send humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
