Talking to a man late at night no grounds to question woman's character: Delhi court

A Delhi court has ruled that a woman speaking to a man over the phone late at night cannot be used to question her character or justify seeking her call detail records. Dismissing a husband's appeal in a domestic violence case, the court said intrusion into privacy must be backed by specific and reasonable grounds, not assumptions about her conduct.
