Talks to allow Ukrainian grain export through Black Sea underway: UN chief

Senior UN officials are in the process of brokering a deal that will allow Ukraine to export grains through land and the Black Sea, said UN chief Antonio Guterres on Friday. He added that the "package deal" will also allow Russia to export food and fertilisers without restrictions. Guterres was addressing the Ministerial Conference on Global Food Security.
