Tamil actress attempts suicide after her ex sets himself on fire

Tamil actress Nilani attempted suicide on Thursday after her ex-boyfriend Gandhi Lalith Kumar set himself on fire. Nilani reportedly consumed mosquito repellent that made her unconscious. Lalith set himself on fire on Sunday after Nilani broke up with him and registered a complaint at a police station as Lalith continued to pursue her, according to reports.
