Tamil Nadu Governor not convinced Vijay's TVK has majority, no swearing-in today: Report

TVK chief Vijay will not take oath today as Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar is not convinced his party has the numbers yet to form the government, NDTV reported. The report added that it may take one-two more days for Vijay's party to get the support needed for forming a government. Notably, Congress has promised support to TVK.
