Tamil Nadu man missing for 23 years reunites with family

A man who had been missing for 23 years was reunited with his family due to the efforts of an NGO, a retired Haryana government official, and a journalist. The man was 16 when he went missing from Tamil Nadu and eventually reached Punjab, where he was forced into bonded labour. He was rescued by the NGO in 2022.
