Tamil Nadu Minister S Keerthana has broken her silence after DMK leader Vaishnavi asked whether menstruation was the reason behind her absence from CM Vijay's London visit to seek investments. Keerthana said she couldn't go, as she had undergone a procedure to remove a medical implant and was advised to rest. She said a person's health is a private matter.
