Tamil Nadu reports 6,162 new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours

Tamil Nadu reported 6,162 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the state health bulletin. As many as 9,046 recoveries and 155 deaths were also reported in the state. As per the state government, there are currently 49,845 active COVID-19 cases in the state while the death toll has reached 31,901.
