Hong Kong's billionaire property mogul Tang Shing-bor passed away on Friday at the age of 88 years, a spokesperson said. Tang, who was known as "Shop King", due to his vast holding of retail properties, had a fortune of nearly $5 billion, according to Forbes. His family's real estate was valued at around $9.7 billion last year.
