The shooting for Tanu Weds Manu 2 began in Lucknow on Tuesday with the starcast Kangana Ranaut, Jimmy Shergill and R Madhavan. According to writer Himanshu Sharma, the sequel begins from where the first movie had ended, with Tanu and Manu's wedding at Safed Baradari in Qaiserbagh. The movie is being directed by Aanand L Rai.
