Tashkent to host 2027 World Para Athletics Championships

World Para Athletics (WPA) announced Uzbekistan's capital, Tashkent, as the host of the 2027 World Para Athletics Championships, marking the first time the event will be staged in Central Asia. The 13th edition of the games will take place at Olympic City Main Stadium in June 2027. The world’s largest single Para sport event will include at least 164 events.
