Task force formed to help Sikkim residents hit by Nepal floods

Sikkim government has formed a task force to provide relief and assistance to state residents stranded or missing in Nepal flash floods. The task force is headed by Sikkim State Disaster Management Authority Director Prabhakar Rai. It will coordinate with Centre, Indian Embassy in Nepal and other agencies to verify information on those missing, stranded, injured, deceased or affected.
